














Zines for Everyone: Accessible Art, Activism, and Story Telling | Sat. June 7 | 1:00 to 4:00 PM
A workshop that introduces students to the forms, techniques, histories, and ethos of DIY self publishing, in other words, zinemaking! Students will learn about what zines are and the expansive possibilities of the medium. This includes a wide array of techniques to design and produce zines including collaging, drawing, folding, stitching, stapling, and East Asian stab-binding! Students will engage with the rich legacy of zine making as an accessible way to express ideas, share stories, and build community.
